Ok, It has been a hectic week, but the week before I was cooking up a storm. Some good and some not so good. Not so good was the bacon wrapped chicken with a peppercini. I will leave that to the italian restaurant. Oh well. You win some you loose some.
Speaking of loosing some, I am down 17lbs since I started Paleo in January! Woot woot! I was a little worried since I have been nursing a oblique injury and have not been able to Crossfit that I would gain some weight fast, but to my surprise I have been loosing. So I am starting to gain confidence in this lifestyle as I progress and understand my health and body.
I came across a group called TED (technology, Entertainment, and design) "Ideas worth Sharing" that motto pretty much says it or Riverting Talks by remarkable people, free to the world. If you got a few minutes to spare and hear some great ideas, check them out. Most are not suppose to be longer than 15mins or so. Better yet, check out Jamie Oliver's (of Food Revolution) presentation from the TED Prize. Pretty motivating!
